On measurement

If you came for the number that proves it, here is why we don’t publish one.

Why?

Because any number we wrote would belong to a whole team, not to us. The people who decided what to do with what we made — who shipped it, sold it, marketed it and ran it — were making harder calls than we were, and we can’t honestly claim our share. Our measure is simpler: clients come back, and when a friend of theirs calls for a reference, they give our name. Ninety-five percent of our work arrives by referral, and the longest engagement ran twelve years. The work above is the evidence.

What we watch for instead

Four questions. None of them ours to claim — they are our values, written down.

  1. Did it survive the next gate?

Promoted to the next phase by people with budgets and no reason to be kind.

  2. Did the launch hold?

Not the launch-day spike. Adoption months later, once the novelty is gone.

  3. Did it redraw the rest of the line?

It has happened. At a global cybersecurity company, the product we designed became the standard their whole product line was rebuilt to. The loudest verdict a company can hand you.

  4. Did it make it into the wild?

Shipped, still running, adopted by acquisition in an exit and, in more than one case, bought for real money. We played a decent part of that. We did not do it alone.

Want the figures anyway? Ask. We’ll bring them to a call, a coffee or your office — where they mean something.

Countless hours, countless projects, same passion.

We could actually count them. They’re on backup drives, hundreds of folders deep. Nobody has volunteered.
