You bring the conviction, we bring the questions. Let’s build it, together.

Put us in the room and you won’t be sorry. We listen with intent. We hear pain points. We see dead pixels.

From an idea to a shipped v1 — fourteen years of it, Fortune 100 platforms to funded startups. Not decks, not deliverables for their own sake — the strategy, the product, the prototype, the system, whichever one actually solves the problem you have, built with your team so they can run with it.

For founders with an idea and no product team, product leaders with a roadmap and no bandwidth, and enterprises with a hard problem and a short list. Based in Portland, Oregon. We might be a little weird.

What we do, how we do it, where we stand on AI — and the proof.

The rest, with the long version of each — from our longest partnership, twelve years with Intel, to more than ten years in fast-moving startups, and everything in between.

The job

We are the handshake between humans and technology.

Figure out what should exist, design it so it earns its place, and stay with it until it ships. That sentence hasn’t changed in fourteen years — everything else about us has.

Why we exist

Three ways this usually goes wrong.

The deck nobody builds

Good research, a confident recommendation, and a handover to a team that was never in the room. The thinking was right. Nothing got made.

The hire made eighteen months early

A full-time head of product for a question that needed six weeks of senior attention. Now there is a salary, a title, and a roadmap nobody has pressure-tested.

The partner who has never shipped

Specifies the thing, then isn’t there when it meets the browser, the backlog and the deadline. The parts that were hard to build quietly become the parts that don’t exist.

We are the answer to all three. It is also why we say no when we are not.
